We will get back to you with our analysis within 24 hours. If your report is received before noon Pacific time, we can usually get back to you the same day. If your report comes in on a Saturday or Sunday, please allow extra time. We usually are available on weekends but cannot guarantee that.
We strictly follow the "first-in, first-out" rule so that on busy days we treat everyone fairly.
After payment, you will be directed to a page where you can download the Helpdesk software and view installation and operating instructions. Don't worry, we've made this process as painless as possible and it should take less than 5 minutes.
Pricing is for one single computer only. For pricing on multiple computers, please contact us. We also have special offerings for businesses and institutional customers, and consultants that wish to use our diagnostic services.
